I started volunteering in fall 2023.
Why do you volunteer for Rice?
My experience at Rice as an immigrant would not have been possible without the tremendous support of the alumni who came before me. Having graduated quite recently, I wanted to help other students find their footing, whether at Rice or beyond.
What do you enjoy most about volunteering at Rice?
I love the unique qualities of each student at Rice and how those characteristics shine through in every interaction.
What's a fun Rice fact about you?
I was at Will Rice college during the COVID years!
What would you say to your fellow alumni/parents/friends to encourage them to volunteer for Rice?
Giving back as an alum is one of the easiest and most fulfilling things you can do — don't hesitate and contribute as much (or little) as you can!
