Why do you volunteer for Rice?
I originally thought I was volunteering to fulfill a community need (I live close by) and I am interested in art, so it seemed a good fit. It is that, but I also get to meet and know some of the students who make Rice so vibrant. I am a people person, so I enjoy speaking with visitors, interacting with students and generally being a small part of the Rice community. I also enjoy meeting artists whose works are featured in the exhibits that change every semester.
