Owl Edge Internships
Owl Edge Internships are multi-week experiences that seek to provide an undergraduate student with the opportunity to connect academic and extracurricular experiences with professional work and/or research. You would create an opportunity within your organization and serve as a mentor to a student to help him or her grow intellectually, enhance professional knowledge and skills and make a positive impact on your organization or field of research. This is a great option for organizations looking for a fresh perspective on a project and/or looking to build a presence at Rice that can aid future recruiting.
Rice is seeking internship opportunities for the summer of 2016. These experiences typically involve six to twelve weeks of full-time work with compensation appropriate for the position and organization. A part-time internship during 2015/16 academic year or summer of 2016 may also be an option. We recommend posting your internship opportunity at least three-months prior to the intended start date.
